CMA CGM implements new peak season surcharge from Canada East Coast to Africa

The Marseille-based container shipping company CMA CGM has announced a new peak season surcharge (PSS) from Canada to three countries in Africa.

In particular, the fresh surcharge will apply from the Canada East Coast to Angola, Congo and Gabon and will be effective from 15 November.

The PSS will apply only to refrigerated cargo and will be US$400 per container.
