CMA CGM implements congestion surcharge in Romania

Considering the operational difficulties generated by the ongoing replacement of gantry crane’s rail tracks in Constanta, Romania, CMA CGM will implement a new port congestion surcharge (PCS) at the port.

Effective from 27 September and 25 October for US & US territories, Latin American notice countries and China, the surcharge will be US$150 per TEU for dry, reefer, IMO and OOG cargo.
