CMA CGM applies PSS from Indian Sub, Middle East Gulf, Red Sea & Egypt to USEC and US Gulf

CMA CGM, the French shipping carrier, has announced the implementation of a surcharge effective from 15 January 2025, and continuing until further notice.

This surcharge will apply to all cargo units originating from the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East Gulf, the Red Sea, and Egypt, with destinations on the US East Coast and the US Gulf.

The surcharge rate is set at US$1,500 per unit.
