CMA CGM applies new PSS from Asia to La Reunion

CMA CGM announced the implementation of a new Peak Season Surcharge (PSS), which will be effective from 1 June 2024 (loading date).

This surcharge applies to shipments originating from Asia (including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau SAR, South East Asia, South Korea, and Japan) destined for La Reunion, a French department in the Indian Ocean.

The surcharge will remain in effect until further notice and will be US$500 per TEU and will be applicable to dry, reefer, out of gauge, and breakbulk cargo.
