CMA CGM applies new overweight surcharge from Asia to North Europe

CMA CGM will implement a new overweight surcharge from North East Asia, South East Asia, China, Hong Kong & Macau SAR to North Europe, Scandinavia, Poland and Baltic.

Effective from 15 September, customers of the French carrier will have to pay an extra US$150 per 20′ dry box if the container’s gross weight is equal to or more than 20 tons.
