CMA CGM applies fresh FAK rates from Asia

CMA CGM will apply new freight of all kinds (FAK) rates from 15 March 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports in Asia) and until further notice but not beyond 31 March 2020. The new rates are as follows:

From Asia to North Europe

FAK

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: All Asian ports (including Japan, Southeast Asia and Bangladesh)
  • Destination Range: All Northern European ports (including UK and the full range from Portugal to Finland/Estonia)
  • Dry cargo, OOG, Paying empties and Reefer cargo
From Asia to the Mediterranean

FAK

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: All Asian base ports
  • Destination Range: All Mediterranean base ports (areas mentioned above)
  • All outports in Asia and the Mediterranean will be subject to additional surcharges
From Asia to North Africa

FAK

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: From all Asian base ports
  • Destination Range: To all North African base ports (areas mentioned above)
  • All outports in Asia and North Africa will be subject to additional surcharges
