CMA CGM applies Emergency PCS in Douala

CMA CGM will implement the following emergency port congestion surcharge [EPCS] for cargo bound to Douala until further notice, because the port of Douala, Cameroon is currently increasing its operational costs, according to a port company announcement.

  • From worldwide
  • To Douala, Cameroon
  • All cargo dry, reefer, OOG, breakbulk
  • Effective 15 February, 2020 (Bill of Lading date), except for FMC trade subject to filing
  • Payment: Prepaid in addition to Ocean freight
