CMA CGM has introduced a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) on shipments bound for Douala, Cameroon, effective October 1, 2025 (October 15th, 2025 for shipments ex-US & territories, Latin America & Australia).
The surcharge applies to all origins and covers both dry (including out-of-gauge) and reefer cargo. Rates are set at USD 100 / EUR 85 / GBP 75 per TEU for dry containers and USD 900 per reefer container. The charges will be payable with freight and will remain in effect until further notice.
