CMA CGM announces new service linking Asia with Turkey, Libya and Red Sea

CMA CGM introduced its new seasonal weekly service TLX (Turkey Libya Express) connecting Asia with Turkey, Libya and the Red Sea.

The service will commence on 1 July 2023 from the port of Shanghai with the 2,478 TEU vessel Buxlink.

The new TLX service, which will be solely operated by the French container line, will include weekly sailings from Central and South China to Jeddah with connections to the growing Red Sea market.

The rotation of the TLX service will be as follows: Shanghai (China) – Ningbo (China) – Nansha (China) – Singapore – Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) – Iskenderun (Turkiye) – Malta (Italy)- Misurata (Libia) – Jeddah – Port Klang (Malaysia) – Shanghai
