CMA CGM announces new FAK rates from Asia

Marseille-based container line CMA CGM will apply new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates from all Asian main ports to all Mediterranean base ports and North Africa.

The following rates will apply to dry, out of gauge (OOG), paying empties, and reefer cargo beginning 1 November 2023:

Additionally, the French box carrier has announced updated FAK rates from all Asian ports (including Japan, South East Asia, and Bangladesh) to all North European ports (including the United Kingdom and the entire range from Portugal to Finland/Estonia).

From 1 November (the day of loading at the origin ports) until further notice, the new FAK rates will be as follows for dry, OOG, paying empties and reefer cargo.
