CMA CGM announces fresh Asia rates

CMA CGM applies new freight of all kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from 1 April 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice:

Basic Freight 20′ 40′ 40’Reefer
Shanghai to Pointe des Galets US$ 1,048 US$ 1,846 US$ 4,600

 

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: Asia ports, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, East Coast of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
  • Destination Range: Pointe des Galets (Reunion)

In addition, CMA CGM informs of the following General Rate Restorations :

Effective April 1st, 2020 (B/L date):

  • From Asia, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, East Coast of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka (Japan excluded) – To Kenya, Tanzania & Mozambique

Quantum: US$500 per TEU

All cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk

  • From Asia, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, East Coast of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka (Japan excluded) – To Port Louis, Mauritius and Toamasina, Madagascar

Quantum: USD300 per TEU

All cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk
