CMA CGM has announced an increase in its Freight All Kind (FAK) rates for shipments from Europe to India and Pakistan, effective April 1, 2026.
Highlights of the new rates per container:

20′ containers: North Europe → India: USD 810 (up from 660), North Europe → Pakistan: USD 910 (up from 760)

40′ & 40’HC containers: North Europe → India: USD 720 (up from 570), North Europe → Pakistan: USD 820 (up from 670)

Rates from West and East Mediterranean ports to India & Pakistan also increase, with 20′ containers reaching up to USD 1,650 for East Mediterranean → Pakistan.
Scope:

Origin: North Europe, Scandinavia, Baltic, UK, and Mediterranean main ports

Destination: All India & Pakistan base ports (additional surcharges apply to outports)
