CargoGulf launches three Arabian Gulf – Asia services

The independent Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) CargoGulf has introduced three new services, linking the Arabian Gulf, Indian Subcontinent and Asia.

The new Rapid Express Service (RES), Mekong Gulf Express (MGE) and Southeast Asia to Indian Subcontinent and the Arabian Gulf (SIA) services are complements Arabian Gulf to Asia (AGA) and the North Asia Gulf Express (NAGE), launched in 2020 and 2021, respectively.

The new services have the following rotation:

  • RES: Shanghai (China) – Shekou (China) – Jebel Ali (United Arab Emirates) – Port Klang (Malaysia) – Shanghai (China)

  • MGE: Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) – Laem Chabang (Thailand) – Port Klang – Sohar (Oman) – Jebel Ali – Nhava Sheva (India) – Port Klang (Malaysia) – Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam)

MGE service port rotation

  • SIA: Singapore (Singapore) – Port Klang (Malaysia) – Karachi (Pakistan) – Nhava Sheva – Mundra (India) – Sohar (Oman) – Jebel Ali (UAE) – Dammam (Saudi Arabia) – Jebel Ali (UAE) – Nhava Sheva (India) – Singapore (Singapore)

SIA service port rotation

The newly launched services offer fixed weekly sailings between the Arabian Gulf and Asia, linking ports of China, Vietnam and Thailand with all major ports in the Arabian Gulf.

They also provide faster transit time and direct calls in the ports of Dammam, Sohar, Karachi, Mundra and Nhava Sheva, and Klang.

“The new services plying the Arabian Gulf-Asia trade expands our geographical coverage and allow us to increase our direct sailing frequencies,” stated Hans-Henrik Nielsen, CargoGulf’s global development director.
