Bureau Veritas has appointed Santiago Arias Duval as Executive Vice-President for the Americas, effective November 17, 2025. He will report directly to CEO Hinda Gharbi and join the Group Executive Committee.
The appointment supports the company’s new operating model, launched on September 1, 2025, which strengthens regional leadership and scales global Product Lines. The new Americas region brings together North, Central, and South America to capture fast-growing market opportunities and expand Bureau Veritas’ presence across key industries. The structure will also accelerate new solutions, improve resource allocation, and create broader cross-selling opportunities.
CEO Hinda Gharbi welcomed the appointment, noting that Santiago’s industrial experience and global operational background will help drive growth and performance across the region.
