An upper court of Bangladesh on Thursday paved the way for the government to lease out the biggest box terminal of Chittagong Port to Dubai-based global port operator DP World.
In a verdict, the High Court bench of Justice Zafar Ahmed said the government’s act of handing over the New Mooring Container Terminal (NCT) to DP World is legal and can proceed.
