
Ashdod Port Company has reported strong results for the first half of 2025, posting revenues of NIS 593 million, a 29% increase over the same period last year. Net profit reached NIS 104 million, compared with a loss of NIS 27 million in H1 2024.
The Board of Directors approved a dividend of NIS 300 million to the State of Israel, bringing total dividends over the past decade to around NIS 1.3 billion.
Quarterly Highlights
In Q2 2025, revenues totaled NIS 291 million, up from NIS 247 million in the same quarter last year. Net profit reached NIS 84 million, compared with a loss of NIS 20 million in Q2 2024.
Operating profit before other expenses was NIS 33 million, reversing a previous loss of NIS 22 million. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to NIS 69 million, up from NIS 13 million. Net financing income totaled NIS 61 million, thanks to a recovery in capital markets after Operation “Iron Swords” (Am KeLavi).
Shareholders’ equity stood at NIS 2,856 million at the end of June 2025.
Strong Performance Across Cargo Segments
Ashdod Port’s results reflect growth across all key segments:

Containers: 361,000 TEUs handled, up 8% from last year. Local market share held steady at 40.4%.

Vehicles: Around 45,000 vehicles unloaded, compared to 39,000 in H1 2024.

Bulk cargo: 4.57 million tons handled, up from 4.42 million tons.

General cargo: 775,000 tons moved, versus 451,000 tons, driven by construction sector demand.

Passenger vessels: Cruise operations resumed in June 2025 with six “Mano Cruises” ships carrying about 12,000 passengers.
