Ashdod Port has achieved a major milestone, being included for the first time in the Global Port Reliability Index by Sea-Intelligence, a leading maritime data analysis firm. Out of 202 ports worldwide, Ashdod ranked 9th, positioning itself among the most reliable global ports.
The index is considered a global benchmark, measuring schedule adherence, accuracy of forecasts to shipping lines, and operational resilience under high vessel traffic. Based on 14 years of vessel call data, it reflects ports’ ability to deliver consistent, transparent, and efficient services—an increasingly critical factor for global carriers.
