Asean Seas Line adds slots from China to Indian Subcontinent

Asean Seas Line has begun chartering slots on the Far East–Indian Subcontinent CSX/CIX8 service operated by Emirates Shipping and Evergreen, expanding its network between China and the Indian Subcontinent, according to Alphaliner.

The slot arrangement will be marketed by Asean Seas Line under the CSX service name. The service provides connectivity between key Chinese export hubs, Southeast Asia and major ports on the Indian Subcontinent.

The CSX service rotation is Qingdao – Xiamen – Guangzhou (Nansha) – Shenzhen (Dachan) – Port Kelang – Colombo – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Port Kelang – Qingdao.

According to Alphaliner, the move allows Asean Seas Line to extend its reach on the Asia–Indian Subcontinent trade lane without deploying its own vessels, while offering customers broader port coverage and additional sailing options.
