APM Terminals Yucatán appoints new managing director

APM Terminals (APMT) has appointed Nathalie Rush as the new managing director for APMT Yucatán in the Mexican Port of Progreso, effective from February.

Once the necessary permits are obtained, Rush will relocate to Mexico from her current location in Chennai, India, where she has been part of A.P. Moller – Maersk’s Talent and Development organisation.

She takes over the duties of Martijn Koolen and the two will work closely together, according to a statement, to ensure a smooth transition.

“I am happy to welcome Nathalie to our regional team, where her previous experience in people development will be a valuable asset,” commented the head of Terminals Latin America at APM Terminals, Leo Huisman, who also thanked Koolen “for his great leadership and for fantastic results he has accomplished together with the team in Yucatan.”

“I am very much looking forward to my new exciting adventure with APM Terminals and to being part of its inspiring transformation and growth journey in Mexico,” she stated.
