
AD Ports Group and Masdar, a global clean energy leader, have signed a partnership agreement to develop offshore wind projects. The collaboration aims to accelerate sustainable, technologically advanced solutions.
Under the agreement, AD Ports Group will act as a key partner and contractor for Masdar’s global offshore wind initiatives. The companies will jointly define technical requirements and identify opportunities to leverage AD Ports Group’s capabilities in fabrication of substations, onshore and offshore logistics, subsea services, and operations and maintenance support.

Masdar operates major offshore projects in Europe, including the 476 MW Baltic Eagle in Germany and the 1.4 GW East Anglia THREE in the UK. The collaboration supports the UAE’s vision for economic diversification and sustainable development, using advanced maritime infrastructure and integrated logistics networks to set a benchmark for offshore wind deployment.
