ABS and Saronic team up

ABS has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Saronic Technologies to explore the use of autonomous systems in shipping.

The agreement sets out a framework for collaboration on technical requirements for autonomous surface vessels (ASVs). It also covers classification services for Saronic’s autonomous capabilities.
