2M partners expand their fleet

2M partners plan to add a vessel to the MEDGULF/TA6 service, in order to enhance reliability especially during the forthcoming winter season. Maersk Line and MSC will increase the service’s fleet. Eight (8) vessels will be used by the two shipping giants.

The MEDGULF/TA6 service rotation for the expanded fleet will be as follows:
Gioia Tauro – Naples – La Spezia – Barcelona – Valencia – Algeciras – Sines – Freeport – Port Everglades *(later Miami) – Veracruz – Altamira – Houston – New Orleans – Miami – Freeport – Sines – Algeciras – Barcelona – Gioia Tauro.

*Miami may replace Port Everglades on the westbound leg, subject to confirmation in due course
