Hapag-Lloyd and Arkas Line have reached a new Vessel Sharing Agreement on the West Black Sea – Turkey – Greece – Morocco trade.
As from week 20, the West Med Black Sea Service (WBS) will be upgraded to 4 x 2800 TEU vessels of which Hapag-Lloyd will deploy two vessels. Arkas Line will also deploy two ships.
The rotation will be adjusted slightly with Burgas replacing Varna.
Furthermore, two terminals at Constanta will be included in the rotation, according to the Hapag-Lloyd’s announcement.
The revised rotation of the WBS will cover following ports:
Istanbul • Burgas • Constanta • Istanbul • Gemlik • Piraeus• Tangier • Casablanca • Piraeus• Gemlik • Izmit • Istanbul
The first WBS sailing with this new rotation will be:
