APL: Peak Season Surcharge to be postponed

APL says  that the 15 July 2019 Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) announced previously will be postponed to 1 August 2019. The applicable service scope is as follows:

Origin: Asia (except Japan), Australia, New Zealand, East Africa
Destination: Canada and USA (except Guam, Hawaii, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands)
