Effective from February 11, 2018 Hapag-Lloyd (Shenzhen Office) will implement a unified platform named LianYunTong. The system would enable our customers to request the below processes/documents from the respective website (advised below):
a) to upload bank payment slip for the paid invoices;
b) to request VAT invoice on line;
c) to track the status of VAT invoices delivery via courier
Please be advised that Hapag-Lloyd (Shenzhen Office) will discontinue the phone or mail enquiries of the above-mentioned arrangements after the implementation of this platform on February 11.
