With the introduction of the VGM effective July 1, 2016 we have implemented new processes and deadlines.
As from January 2018 we will be handling given deadlines mentioned in the booking confirmations more firmly. To serve you the best way possible reminders will still be sent to you, the last reminder being four hours before the actual load list is sent to our stevedore. Please be aware that no additional phone calls will be made in the future to remind you.
In case VGM is not known at the time of closing on the booking confirmation (four hours before the actual load list is sent to our stevedore), a late VGM fee will be effective and you will be charged for an amount of Euro 50.
In case VGM is still unknown at the effective time of sending out our load list, your cargo will not be loaded and an additional no load VGM fee will be charged to you, meaning a total amount of Euro 100.
Please note that you will be charged for any occurring detention or demurrage charges.
Our main objective is to receive your VGM in time (at least four hours before sending our load list) in order to have your cargo loaded on the vessel as booked
