Asia-Mediterranean Market: Bosphorus Express (BEX) and Mediterranean Express 1 (MX1) Service Update

As part of APL’s continuing efforts to optimize our network coverage, please be informed of the following adjustments to the Bosphorus Express (BEX) and Mediterranean Express 1 (MX1) services.

1. Bosphorus Express (BEX) will add a call to Xiamen, China, on its Westbound rotation.

Effective WB voyage: Cosco Shipping Seine v269 ETA Busan 12 November 2017
New WB rotation: Busan – Yangshan – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Xiamen – Shekou – Singapore – Port Said West – Beirut – Piraeus – Izmit – Istanbul – Constanta — Odessa – Mersin

2. Mediterranean Express 1 (MX1) will drop the Xiamen call on its Westbound rotation. The Eastbound rotation will retain the Xiamen call.

Effective WB voyage: CMA CGM Gemini ETA Qingdao 8 November 2017
New WB rotation: Qingdao – Busan – Yangshan – Ningbo – Xiamen – Nansha – Yantian – Singapore – Malta – Valencia – Barcelona – Fos Sur Mer – Genoa
Existing EB rotation (to remain): Valencia – Barcelona – Fos Sur Mer – Genoa – Malta – Beirut – Jebel Ali – Port Klang – Xiamen – Qingdao
